How long does it take to get up and running?
Most spas are live within 2-3 weeks of signing. We handle data migration from your current system, configure your services and pricing, train your team, and launch when you're ready. The dedicated server provisioning happens in the first 48 hours.
What does "your own dedicated server" mean in practice?
Each Nadi customer gets their own virtual server with their own database, their own backups, and their own performance. Your data isn't mixed with anyone else's. You can export everything at any time. If you ever leave, you take your data with you.
Can I customize Nadi for my specific workflow?
Yes — that's actually what makes Nadi different. Built on ERPNext, your instance can be extended with custom features, custom reports, or unique business rules. Standard customization is available; deeper development work is part of the Enterprise tier or quoted separately.
Which countries do you currently support?
Today we have full e-invoicing compliance for Jordan (JoFotara). Saudi (ZATCA) and UAE (FTA) are available as part of Enterprise onboarding. We work with spas across the GCC and the wider region.
Do I need technical staff to use Nadi?
No. The day-to-day software is designed for spa owners and front-desk staff to use without technical knowledge. We handle everything technical — provisioning, updates, backups, security — so you can focus on running your spa.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any renewal — at the end of any 3-month billing period — with 30 days notice. We provide a full data export so you can move to whatever system you choose. No hidden fees, no exit penalties.
